Celebrate the Summer Solestice in the beautiful natural surroundings of Shala in Sardinia. This place is situated in a charming village on a Sardinian farm, surrounded by olive trees, a garden, and friendly animals that freely wander around the house, creating an atmosphere of peace and harmony. Here, you can fully immerse yourself in the rustic energy, distance yourself from the noise of civilization, and calm your senses. We respect your time and the silence that surrounds our place, conducive to deep calming and relaxation. Only the gentle call of our donkey named Olivia interrupts the silence, adding charm to this location 🙂.

The retreat will take place in a village 20 km south of Olbia airport. The owners of this magical place are extraordinary people with big hearts and great respect for nature. They happily share this place with us as our yoga shala, where we can return to our roots, find inner peace, and focus on strengthening and grounding our bodies. All this takes place in the company of a unique group of people, creating an intimate atmosphere full of community spirit. We warmly invite you to agrotourism farm in Sardinia, where an unforgettable journey to your inner self awaits in harmony with nature and wonderful people. We plan 2 hours of yoga classes daily, morning and afternoon sessions. After each class, we will offer brunch. Below you will find a detailed daily schedule and information about meals. After the morning yoga practice, we serve brunch (freshly squeezed fruit juices, a selection of fresh fruits, local cheeses and bread, eggs, coffee) After the afternoon practice, dinner (a two-course main dish, main dish accompaniments (fresh salad, carefully prepared dishes from local and seasonal ingredients)

ACCOMMODATIONS: For our yogis, we offer a full range of options: 4 accommodation options in different variants and 3 different price options depending on the number of people in the room. We have 2 rooms with private bathrooms in the main house and 2 independent apartments with bathrooms and kitchens. The rooms are kept in a rustic style, as we are an agrotourism farm, not a hotel. Fresh linen and towels await you in the rooms. Guests should take care of their personal hygiene items.

APARTMENT 1 features a spacious living area with a dining space, sofas, and an integrated kitchen. It also includes a very spacious bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a covered terrace on the east side where you can enjoy the morning sun, and an open terrace on the west side, directly adjacent to the garden. It can accommodate up to 4 people thanks to two comfortable fold-out sofas in the living area or, alternatively, extra beds in the bedroom.

APARTMENT 2 has two separate bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with a single bed, a small kitchen with a dining space, a bathroom, and a large covered balcony on the east side and a small terrace on the west side with access to the garden. It can comfortably accommodate 2-3 people, or even 4 people. PRICES FOR APARTMENT 1 and 2: examples of the following accommodation prices include meals and 2x daily classes for a 7-day stay (classes start the day after arrival). Prices per person, for the entire stay in case of accommodation in the room from 2 to 4 people.

The large house and apartments have private entrances and are fully equipped with air conditioning, heating, WiFi, and have access to amenities such as a gas stove, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. In addition to the dining area in the living room, both apartment terraces are equipped with tables and chairs. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis!

​

YOGA PRACTICE: The first session begins in the morning the day after arrival. In the morning, we will focus on Hatha Yoga for a healthy spine set, providing awakening and strengthening of the body and harmony of the mind. In the evening, we will focus on practice which will help soothe the senses and prepare us for relaxing regeneration and sleep. We will create a balanced practice plan tailored to the needs of the body and mind, thus providing a complete yoga experience on this unique retreat. Each session will pay attention to breathing.

 

DAILY SCHEDULE: 

8:00 AM – Yoga session

10:00 AM – Brunch

FREE TIME: A bus to the beach runs from the town of Padru, 2 km from the farm. You need to walk this short distance on foot to the bus stop. Alternatively, the owners can arrange transport for an organized group at a pre-arranged time, for an additional fee - 50 euros for up to 7 people. You can choose from a rich offer of dream beaches. HIKING: For hiking enthusiasts, there are many interesting places to explore in the area. Marked forest trails with breathtaking views lead to small springs and shaded rest spots. Exploring caves and Nuraghe (ancient stone buildings) in the heart of Sardinia is also worth considering, as is the wild solitude of the Montenieddu mountain plateau, only 5 km away, or Alà, 25 km away.

IN SUMMARY,

WE OFFER:

• The possibility of arranging additional paid transport from the airport (additional payment - settlement with the driver - price 50 euros regardless of the number of people, up to 7 people) The possibility of organizing transport to the beach, located 20/30 minutes by car from the agrotourism, price for the round trip (50 euros regardless of the number of people, up to 7 people) (additional payment) 

• Access to amenities such as a washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, and kitchen for shared use in each house.

WE DO NOT OFFER: 

• Flights - the option of a direct flight (from Warsaw Wizzair to Olbia). 

• Transport to the beach (self-arranged, self-settled) 

• Lunch

• Insurance (it is recommended to bring the EHIC card and additionally purchase private travel insurance)

• Refund of flight ticket costs in case we are unable to gather the minimum group for the retreat. 

• Refunds in case of non-participation in sessions  

• We do not refund AIR TICKET costs.

 PAYMENT:

• 50% non-refundable deposit by March 31, 2024, according to the selected accommodation option, the remaining 50% by May 31, 2024, to the indicated account in EURO.

•  In case of no-show at the retreat, we do not provide refunds. 

•  In case we do not gather the appropriate number of people, we will refund the money paid for the  retreat.
